When will my order ship?

  • Order processing | Takes 3-5 business days.
  • Once shipped | Orders take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business week.
  • Any orders that are flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled. We pride ourselves on protecting our customers privacy.

Will I receive a tracking number?

  • Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
  • All orders will be shipped USPS. USPS shipments include delivery confirmation (USPS Tracking) which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer.
  • Customers can download the Shop App from their order status page.

     Shipping FAQ’s

    • Each customer is responsible for shipping charges.
    • Please note we are unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
    • Amanda Moore and Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages are mailed via USPS and any lost or stolen items can be inquired through USPS. You can head to their website and start a claim, as we as the shipper are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen and you have submitted a claim via the USPS online portal, within the allotted time frame given by USPS, USPS will then be responsible for any form of reimbursement toward your lost or stolen package. We as the shipper are not responsible for any form of reimbursement or refund toward lost or stolen items. Any questions regarding your lost or stolen package will need to be directed toward USPS. 
    • At this time, we do not ship or take any orders from outside the United States or Canada. We are currently only shipping to orders within the USA and Canada.

    Do I qualify for free local delivery?

    Is  your zip code 74023? Then yes, you qualify for local delivery! See below for full requirements. If you are outside of this zip code range, no worries. We will package up your order and get it to you in no time. See our “Shipping FAQ's” section above for more information on when you’ll receive your order.

    Local delivery requirements:

    • Address must have a 74023 postal code.
    • Physical Address only. No PO BOX’s for free local delivery.
    • Minimum order of $40 must be placed to qualify for local delivery.
    • All products in cart must be eligible for local delivery.
    • All products are available in inventory for local delivery.
    • The customer doesn’t choose an unsupported accelerated checkout method. If one of the following is selected in the first step of the checkout process, the local delivery option is not available. IE: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal.
    • The customers delivery address can be verified by Google. At checkout, customers can use the drop-down menu to verify the address.
    • Customers cannot choose to have some items shipped and some items local delivered in the same order. In this case, two separate orders must be processed.
    • A phone number will be required at checkout in order to contact the customer with any questions concerning drop off.
    • Order processing | Takes 3-5 business days.
    • Giftcards are e-giftcards only and are not available for local delivery.
